Music Monday Antag Edition

In honor of #CharactersTell Antag week, and possibly because Antags fight to interrupt everything…  (and has nothing at all to do with seeing Venom last night. Love Tom Hardy, the movie was a tad lacking.)

”One Hit Wonders!” Antag version is here to break up my character lists! The characters that have one defining theme song or song that instantly makes them pop up in my brain.

Going to warn you now, these are the Antags, so don’t expect anything safe for work or clean if you know what I mean…

Let’s start off with Greg, a later in the Red Letters series guy. He’s not exactly an antag for being against the group, not intentionally. For Greg, well, an inheritance makes for changes, and what he does with that… well, that will make this story, so no spoilers. But maybe you get the idea from…

The Animals- Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood

Lady Sophia is the first Antag we ever meet. She is the nightclub owner, and a power tripper somewhat. She deals in blackmail for better business and treats men like pigs if they deserve it. I could have went with her lead singer angle, but she’s more

Janet Jackson- Nasty

Raven is a worker in the club, involved in a mess of issues. Sort of that woman looking for love in all the wrong ways you know? For her, this song best sums up the nightly speech to each and every guy she meets with or without singing it too.

Christina Aguilera- Nasty Naughty Boy

Tim

That right there is a word all on its own. Tim is the truer evil, in the sense that compared to him, everyone else is just a bit screwed up in their thought process. He loves what he does, and built a reputation on what he does quite well. This one is a bit into what he thinks of people, plus his “target” type.

Nickelback- Something In Your Mouth

I still get the creeps from writing him, and yes there are other songs as well, but this last song? Always comes to mind, and thank goodness it’s not on my radio much, otherwise, I would be upsetting myself too much. As is, this song is ruined by this antag. So without further ado, Tim, in a song with a lyrical warning.

Nine Inch Nails- Closer
