What does this mean? If you read Monday, it warned about spring fever energy and chaos. Tuesday told us about Nira, the top hat and tails bartender/co owner who looks completely different in the bar world. But Nira? One of the chaos coordinators. His gal pal? The caker we see in July. His friend? Collar of the green haired cop nickname and the interesting Friday Fictions. But they aren’t the only ones. Nira is friends with the chef too, whom we have that mood for. Why? You ever annoy a chef while they are cooking? In our bar business world, it”s not a good idea, because then things go flying. Duck doughnuts (both the action and the ducky shaped pastry) dive from other antics, and watch all the Soulful staff act like it’s normal, because it is to them.
