And a Red Letters answer? Nira likes to slide into a situation, all top hat and tails in the bar world, be a showman in his extricating you. The Trouble ladies are loving teases, but it’s different. The jokes are for fun, the comical looking dude helping keep you safe is the story you get to tell later on. There are others, but they feel more like when someone knows you. Nira is just… like that whenever you see him. For all you know, he interrupts people who don’t need saving too, he’s got that strange energy.

From Fractured? I would say that Luren is learning, so using experience and thinking he knows things to his advantage, he tries. Might be wrong, but it’s definitely a little out there, in his character, and a kindness that might not feel like it at the time. That one needs more time to understand the world around him, before he tries kindness again.
